Yoga has excellent benefits for children. Started at a young age this can improve flexibility, concentration and even height.

Children are naturally flexible and this program builds on their natural ability. If this is not done in the early days, as we grow older this body memory is lost. The best way to capitalize it is to introduce children to yoga.

Also in the urban environment that we live in with junk food and a sedentary lifestyle its important to build the ethos of exercise and fitness in the mind of children from an early age.

A summer program can be designed for kids to introduce them to yoga and keep them entertained and fit through the summer months.
